READING ROOM SALES

     Customized Italian shelving is repeated in the Sales Room. The clean lines work well with the books and periodicals on display. The shelves and the vertical standards were cut to fit the wall areas exactly, thus maximizing every square inch of this small room. The effect is a built-in look, without the expense and inflexibility.

In addition, the contemporary lines contrast nicely with the old doors, which are painted gloss white, as in the adjoining Study Room. Here again, the old enhances the new.
BELOW:      The simple lines of this wall rack nicely complement the other furnishings in the room. It was hand-built by the members of 1 x 2, and extends the full width of the wall, making maximum use of the square footage, without adding any depth to the space.
