This structure is located in an old historic section of downtown Libertyville. All improvements in this area are required to meet guidelines for historic preservation and to meet approval from the city's Appearance Review Commission.

     Exterior renovation included design, drawing, and specifications for all new moldings and panels, new signage, and color selections. The rear entrance of the building was outfitted with a decorative awning.
